In just one month, I grew the brand’s YouTube views by over 530%, reaching 6,400+ views through market research and SEO strategy.

By optimizing titles, thumbnails, and metadata while aligning the content with our target audience, I turned underperforming videos into discoverable assets that drew organic traffic and engagement.

In my first month, I helped drive growth and expand reach for the startup by implementing new content ideas and engagement strategies. Page impressions grew by nearly 90%, surpassing 10,500, while reactions increased by more than 190%, generating over 200 engagements.

Post impressions rose 65% to exceed 3,000 views, and page visitors reached almost 200, showcasing measurable results in brand visibility.

Short-form Videos

As part of our content strategy, I drafted concepts for short-form videos by cross-collaborating with our video editing team using clips from the Espresso + Enterprise podcast to extend audience reach.

This video in particular reached nearly 1300 views.

Quote Cards

To repurpose podcast content and create promotional material, I collaborated with our designers to produce quote cards featuring guest insights which were then posted to our LinkedIn page, driving increased brand visibility and click-through rates.

Carousel Content

Using re-purposed content from the podcast, I created engaging carousel posts containing podcast insights from the guests and did market research to create other content based on ITSM trends, supporting both blog and podcast promotion as well as SEM efforts.
