  • Supported the daily web property checks/upkeep of the web and mobile app prioritization calendar and effectively communicated across marketing teams

  • Worked with various internal teams to coordinate marketing communications and the prioritization of the core marketing channels

  • Assisted with weekly Air Canada & Aeroplan prioritization requirements (procuring key discussion documents and presenting/communicating with stakeholders)

  • Supported the marketing planning process (coordination, calendar consolidation and related accountabilities)

  • Provided detailed written summaries of meeting discussions and liaised with key stakeholders on action items and follow-ups

During my time on the Marketing Operations and Governance team, I had the opportunities to tap into organizational projects under Air Canada’s marketing department as seen below.

Onboarding Series Decks

Under the Marketing Operations and Governance team, I assisted in the editing of multiple PowerPoint decks in the onboarding series to provide informative, engaging, and up-to-date content when onboarding new team members on the marketing department.

Web and Mobile App Prioritization

During my time as a co-op student, I conducted market research and strategized to target the correct demographics for our campaigns on the company website as well as the mobile app in accordance to company policies and the goals of any partnerships (i.e. Uber, LCBO, Disney, Cirque du Soleil).

On a daily basis, I was responsible for ensuring that the correct campaigns were updated on both platforms. I worked with the web team and various sub teams on the marketing department to coordinate any changes necessary.

Marketing Campaign Calendar

In order to support the campaign planning process in the marketing department, I collaborated with multiple stakeholders from various teams to coordinate and consolidate calendars on a large scale.
